What is it that keeps us from being our very best? What is it that prevents us from rising to the occasion and establishing for ourselves a foundation built upon correct principles? How often do we find ourselves making promises to our Heavenly Father after we have done something bad..."I promise that it will never happen again... I'll be better." Putting off the ability to "become" to a later date will not do. Just as our Heavenly Father knew that we could not make it back to him alone his actions of promptness, displayed a yearning desire to see all of his children return home. Jesus, following in the example of his Father displayed the same acts of urgency and love when he sacrificed his very own life for the pains, sufferings, sins etc, that we will ever face.
Life is to short!! There is not time sufficient to put off those things that will truly affect our lives. God lives, I see this in every letter that Spencer writes home. His beloved Son, the Savior and Redeemer stands ready with outstretched arms... are we the same?
